special folders

Some services of our mailserver are provided via special folders, which You can easily create in Your inbox and start to derive benefits from. These folders are :

1. Folder spam , which is designed to collect unclaimed emails from Your inbox. Emails older than 7 days are wiped out automatically.
2. Folder status , which is collecting informations about sent emails such as confirmation when email successfully left our server, or warning when it doesn't etc. More information can provide web site of this service.
3. Folder reports, which is designed to gather notifications about non-delivery emails. This service was created esspetially because of recent spam waves using these notifications. Messages older than 14 days are wiped out automatically.

At first sight these folders may look like regulary folder, but each of them have special function. You  can create those folders by yourself simply through the web interface or in your favourite program.

These 6 steps describe how to create special folders through the web interface.

1. Log in through  WWW interface .
2. Just click on your mailbox and point out INBOX.
3. In the menu pick action  Create folder.
4. Name folder as  one of described above.
5. For every folder repeat steps 2 - 4.
6. Logout.

When you want stop the service, you can simply delete unwanted folder. For more information you can contact us.
